Our Leadership Team
Independent Care Partners is led by two dedicated professionals who bring together complementary expertise in healthcare, management, and governance. With a shared vision of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care, Ana and Mirela combine strong clinical oversight with solid business leadership to ensure the agency is well-led, effective, and responsive.
Ana-Cornelia — Director & Nominated Individual
Ana is the Co-Founder and Business Lead of ICP. With a degree in Business and Healthcare Management, she is responsible for finance, payroll, marketing, strategic development, and governance systems. Ana also leads on CQC application documentation, planning, and quality assurance, ensuring strong foundations for sustainable growth.
Mirela-Sabina — Director & Registered Manager
Mirela is ICP’s Registered Manager, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of safe, effective, and person-centred care. She oversees CQC compliance, staff training, audits, rota coordination, and safeguarding. With hands-on experience in care and operational management, Mirela ensures that every service delivered meets ICP’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
